Measuring Your Torso

  1. 1. Tilt your head forward and find the C7 vertebra (the bumpy bone at the base of your neck)
  2. 2. Find the top of your hip bones (iliac crest) by placing hands on hips
  3. 3. Measure the distance between these two points
  4. 4. This is your torso length for pack sizing
